Sarà uno dei capisaldi per questo XXI secolo, nei fatti già iniziato con inaudite rivoluzioni culturali e sociali ancora tutte da interpretare. Long Life Learning per imparare ad imparare, dunque, lungo tutto il corso della vita. Perchè il lavoro per cambiare non ha aspettato il duemila. Già da tempo si parla di lavoro interinale, freelance, part-time, telelavoro, lavoro in affitto, lavoro in Europa, nuovi datori di lavoro, nuovi contratti, nuove identità di lavoro, nuovi diritti da conquistare e soprattutto nuove professionalità. Per questo "non si finisce mai di imparare", e per questo c'è Ecap Emilia Romagna. Noi aiutiamo gli individui, che sono il centro di ogni nostra azione, a formarsi professionalmente.
